Young Pars News - 7 May 2011

(Entry for Young Pars page of Match Programme v Falkirk)

Hi Young Pars

First Division Champions! How good does that sound! What a fantastic atmosphere at Cappielow last weekend – just like a Cup Final! It was so good driving back home and seeing all the Pars scarves hanging from the windows of so many cars and buses. Well done Jim McIntyre, Gerry McCabe and all the players. Happy weekend!

Open
Day

This is happening tomorrow
and should be a brilliant day out if previous Open Days are anything to go by!
The Young Pars will be there so if you would like to know more about us
then this will be the perfect opportunity to find out.
You can also renew your membership at this event or apply to join us if
you are not already a member. We
will be running a bottle stall again this year as part of our fundraising
efforts and we’d like to say a big thank you to all Young Pars and their
parents and carers who have been so generous in donating bottles so far.
It really is appreciated. We
will also be having a raffle with the chance to win Martin Hardie’s shirt.
We’re pretty sure this will be a very popular prize!

Young

couple of weeks ago with Young Pars members enjoying a game of ten pin bowling

He wasn’t at the bowling night so will hopefully be able to receive his
award at some point today. Congratulations
to both players. Congratulations
also to Calum Walls who was the Young Par with the highest score of 134 on the
night.
